Defective/Damaged Claims

1. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect articles/sizes received will only be accepted within 7 days after delivery.
2. For eligible claims within the time frame, we offer a replacement or exchange of the garment.
3. ⁠The replacement will be dispatched immediately, and the defective garment will be picked up by our courier service.
